How do you handle data privacy?
We scope data handling to comply with UK GDPR, minimise what’s processed, and flag anything that needs a Data Protection Impact Assessment.
What if the AI doesn’t perform well enough?
We agree acceptable performance during scoping and testing, before launch. If a model underperforms, we look at retraining, a different approach, or narrowing the scope.
Can AI features be added to an app you didn’t build?
In most cases yes, subject to reviewing the existing codebase first.
Do you offer ongoing support for AI features?
Yes — models can drift over time, so we can agree a monitoring and retraining arrangement once something is live.
